Payment methods are subject to validation and authorization by the respective payment processor. If payment is not successfully processed, Odyssey Pathway is not responsible for any delays or inability to proceed with the services.

Services provided by Odyssey Pathway will be delivered as outlined in the agreement, based on the mutually agreed-upon terms and schedule. While Odyssey Pathway is committed to delivering high-quality services, results may vary depending on factors such as the client's active participation, external circumstances, and the nature of the service provided.

The client is responsible for ensuring their availability and engagement in the services as agreed. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or a lack of expected outcomes. Odyssey Pathway is not liable for delays or unsatisfactory results arising from the client’s actions or lack of participation.

In cases where the client is dissatisfied with the service, Odyssey Pathway will review the situation on a case-by-case basis, but no guarantees of specific outcomes or results are made.

Odyssey Pathway reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes made to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or other appropriate communication channels. We will determine what constitutes a material change at our discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any modifications to these Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, in whole or in part, you must discontinue using the website and services immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Odyssey Pathway may share relevant company information with clients as necessary for the effective delivery of services. This includes, but is not limited to, our legal business name, contact information, and service-related details. We ensure that any shared company information is used solely for the purposes of facilitating your engagement with our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the sharing of necessary company information with you as part of the service process.

Odyssey Pathway makes no guarantees regarding the specific results or outcomes of the services provided. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors, including, but not limited to, the client’s engagement, the nature of their business, and external circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Odyssey Pathway shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or the inability to achieve desired results.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided, regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is asserted.

Odyssey Pathway values the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. We agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of our services strictly confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.

Confidential information includes any business strategies, data, plans, financial details, or any other information shared by the client that is not publicly available. We will not disclose such information to any third parties without the prior written consent of the client, unless disclosure is required to fulfill the services or is mandated by law.

The obligations of confidentiality will survive the termination of the service agreement.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Odyssey Pathway, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable time, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction). The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where Odyssey Pathway is based.

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration process for the resolution of disputes, waiving any rights to a trial by jury or class action.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Odyssey Pathway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Odyssey Pathway is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Odyssey Pathway reserves the right to terminate or suspend services and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Termination may occur if the client fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein, engages in any unlawful conduct, or fails to fulfill any agreed-upon obligations.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due and payable. The client’s access to the services will be immediately revoked, and Odyssey Pathway will have no further obligations to provide services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may also terminate their engagement with Odyssey Pathway at any time by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation policies or fees as outlined in the service agreement.
